Management need to work on their staff and teach them correct customer service.... My daughter and I went through drive through paid for our order, got to the collection window after waiting a few minutes we had a young girl come to the window and say... "umm did you pay for your order?" When I told her how much I had paid she told me to hang on and she needed to check if the other car paid for my order then upon her return said here's your drinks!
